This overview is based on Clozure’s own website (clozure.net), its ClickBank offer page, pricing page, Trust Center and Terms of Service, checked on 23 October 2026. How we review · Affiliate disclosure
Verdict in one sentence: Clozure is a monthly-subscription, browser-based “AI business OS” that bundles AI lead generation, cold outreach, CRM, calendar and back-office “AI departments” into one workspace. It’s worth a look if you’re a small B2B team doing outbound sales and you’re prepared to supervise what the AI sends, but read the trial and billing terms carefully first.
- Best for: founders and small B2B sales teams who do cold outreach and want lead sourcing, email and CRM in one place.
- Not for: anyone wanting a one-time purchase; businesses that can’t review AI-written outreach before it goes out; local consumer businesses that don’t do B2B prospecting.
- Price: $99/month recurring on the ClickBank offer page (checked 23 Oct 2026). Clozure’s own pricing page lists a $99/month base platform plus optional AI departments at $47–$79/month each.
- Refund: Clozure’s Terms of Service describe a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions (not renewals). The ClickBank offer page says ClickBank’s standard refund policies apply.
- Tested on: not tested hands-on. This is an overview.
Why this overview
Small B2B companies often juggle a lead database, a cold-email tool, a CRM, a calendar app and an invoicing tool, and still lose deals because nobody followed up. Clozure pitches itself as one platform that replaces that stack with AI “departments” that find leads, write outreach, book meetings and chase invoices, while you approve what goes out. It’s sold through ClickBank as a recurring subscription. This post answers one question: what does Clozure actually include, what does it really cost per month, and what should you check before you start the trial?

What Clozure AI Business OS is
Clozure’s ClickBank offer page describes the product as “a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) business operating system”. After purchase you get web access to a platform that includes AI-assisted email, calendar sync, CRM and pipeline tools, meeting scheduling, analytics and configurable “AI department” workflows for lead generation, sales, marketing and related operations. Access is delivered by email (a secure account setup or magic link from hello@clozure.net or support@clozure.net), which the vendor says arrives within about five minutes of ClickBank approving the sale.
It runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS or Android), and there’s nothing to install. The Terms of Service say disputes are governed by Delaware (US) law and go to binding arbitration. Clozure’s site doesn’t name a founder or team on its About page.
The core idea is modular AI departments. The homepage lists 18 departments, each with a named AI “persona” (for example Lead Gen “Phoenix”, Marketing “Zara”, Sales “Drake”, Finance “Nova”, CISO “Sentinel” and COO “Atlas”). A CEO seat and the COO orchestrator come with the base platform, and you add the other departments individually.

How it works
Based on Clozure’s “How It Works” page:
- Create a “Business Bucket”. An 8-step setup wizard captures your business model, ideal customer profile (ICP), value proposition, target regions, revenue goals, brand voice and pricing. The vendor says the AI uses this to configure each department.
- Connect data sources. Clozure lists 11 lead-data sources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Clearbit, Cognism, Hunter.io and Lusha. The pages we read don’t make clear whether you need your own paid accounts with any of these, so ask support before you rely on it.
- Choose your AI departments. Start with the base platform and add only the departments you need (for example Lead Generation and Sales).
- Set rules and approve. The vendor says you set outreach limits and review actions before they go out (“human-in-the-loop”). The Terms of Service add that the AI agents can perform autonomous actions, including sending emails, making calls and posting to social media, and recommend manual approval for all outreach at first.
- Send from your own mailbox. Outreach goes through your connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, or through Clozure-provided mailboxes on your domain. If you don’t have a business email, Clozure offers a free first mailbox on its own subdomain (e.g. yourname@id.clozure.net), then $2.50/month for each extra one.
We haven’t run a campaign through Clozure, so we can’t report on lead quality or how well the AI writes. If the setup above matches how you sell, you can read the Clozure AI Business OS offer details and billing terms before you start a trial.
Features that matter
- AI lead generation (vendor claim, not tested). The Lead Gen department is described as finding ICP-matched leads, enriching them with a “Lead DNA” profile, scoring them 0–100 and tracking their lifecycle. The vendor says leads are included in the subscription with no per-lead credits.
- AI email outreach (vendor claim, not tested). The AI writes, sends and follows up on cold emails through your connected mailbox. To its credit, Clozure’s own pricing page says “inbox placement depends on domain reputation, content, and recipient filters”.
- Multi-channel marketing (vendor claim, not tested). The Marketing department lists email, LinkedIn, SMS and social automation, A/B testing, drip sequences and a content studio.
- AI sales calls (vendor claim, not tested). The Sales department lists AI voice calling via Twilio, AI video meetings with 3D avatars, objection handling and automated follow-ups and proposals.
- CRM, calendar and meetings. The offer page lists a CRM and pipeline, a smart calendar with two-way Outlook/Google sync, and meeting, RSVP and reminder automation.
- Back-office departments (vendor claim, not tested). Finance (invoicing, receivables, MRR/churn tracking), Legal, HR, Customer Success, Tech Support, Project Management, Data Analytics, Grants and others are offered as paid add-ons.
- Security status, stated honestly by the vendor. Clozure’s Trust Center says it is “working toward SOC 2 Type II” and that this “is not an independent certification”. It also says it does not independently certify HIPAA compliance (Business Associate Agreements are available on request). Its CISO department is described as helping teams monitor controls, and it “does not independently certify compliance”.
Who it’s for / who it’s not for
For:
- Founders of small B2B companies (agencies, consultancies, SaaS) who do their own outbound prospecting and want leads, email and CRM in one place.
- Small sales teams already paying for several separate tools (lead data, sequencing, CRM) who want to compare consolidating them.
- Teams who will actually review AI-written emails and set sending limits, rather than leaving the AI to run unsupervised.
Not for:
- Anyone looking for a one-time-payment tool. This is a recurring monthly subscription that renews until you cancel.
- Businesses in regulated sectors that need a vendor with a completed SOC 2 audit or certified HIPAA compliance today. By Clozure’s own statement, it doesn’t have these yet.
- Local consumer-facing businesses (salons, restaurants, retail) that don’t sell through B2B cold outreach.
- Anyone who isn’t comfortable with cold-email and calling rules where they operate (such as CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR in the EU/UK or India’s DPDP Act). Automating outreach doesn’t remove your responsibility for it.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Modular pricing: a $99/month base, with only the departments you add on top (listed at $47–$79/month each on 23 Oct 2026).
- Browser-based, with nothing to install and access delivered by email within minutes (vendor claim).
- Outreach is sent from your own mailbox or domain rather than a shared sending pool, according to the vendor.
- The vendor is upfront that it isn’t SOC 2 certified and that email deliverability isn’t guaranteed.
- Cancel-anytime monthly billing with no annual contract required, according to the pricing page.
Cons
- The trial wording differs between pages. Clozure’s own site says “14-day free trial”, charged after the trial. The ClickBank offer page (where our link goes) says the initial charge is $99 “covering a 14-day trial period”, then $99 monthly. Check the ClickBank order form before you pay.
- The ClickBank offer page lists a single $99/month item. It doesn’t say which departments that includes, while the direct pricing page charges extra for each department.
- Small inconsistencies across pages, e.g. “from $47/department” on the homepage vs $49/month for Lead Generation on the pricing page.
- No named founder or team on the About page, and the Terms of Service require binding arbitration with a class-action waiver.
- Heavy marketing claims on the site (ROI ranges, “replace a $100K SDR”, headline “value” totals). We can’t verify them and don’t repeat them here.
Pricing, upsells and refund
Checked on 23 October 2026. Prices can change, so always confirm on the official page and the ClickBank order form.

| Offer | Price | What you get | Needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| ClickBank offer (our link) | $99/month recurring | Clozure AI Business OS access. The offer page says the first $99 charge covers a 14-day trial, then $99 every month until cancelled. | Yes, if you buy through ClickBank |
| Base platform (direct pricing page) | $99/month | CEO seat, COO AI orchestrator, multi-business management, core infrastructure, analytics, standard support | Yes |
| Lead Generation dept. | $49/month | Automated lead discovery, lead scoring, contact enrichment | Optional: core for outbound |
| Sales / Marketing dept. | $79/month each | AI sales calls, CRM integration and pipeline / campaigns, AI content, social automation | Optional |
| Other departments | $47–$79/month each | Finance, Legal, HR, Tech Support, QA, Grants, etc. | Optional: skip until needed |
| Extra mailboxes | $2.50/month each | First Clozure-provided mailbox free | Only if you don’t connect your own |
- Realistic monthly cost: Clozure’s own “most startups start with” example (base + Lead Generation + Sales) comes to $227/month. Adding Marketing would take that to $306/month.
- Ongoing costs to check: extra mailboxes, a sending domain, and whether any of the listed lead-data sources need your own paid account.
- Refund: the Terms of Service say there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, requested through support, with no refunds on renewals and no partial refunds for mid-period cancellations. The ClickBank offer page says to contact ClickBank Order Support or support@clozure.net, and that ClickBank’s standard refund policies apply.
- Coupon: Clozure’s direct pricing page shows a code (RISKFREE) for 50% off the first three months. That’s Clozure’s offer, not a ReviewEpic bonus, and we couldn’t confirm it works on the ClickBank checkout.
- Our recommendation: start with the base platform plus only the department you’ll use first (usually Lead Generation). Run it under manual approval during the trial, and put a calendar reminder a few days before the trial ends.

Alternatives
| Tool | Price model | Best for | Key difference vs Clozure | Tested? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clozure AI Business OS | $99/month base + departments | Small B2B teams wanting an all-in-one AI outbound stack | — | No |
| Apollo.io | Free tier + per-user subscription | Lead data plus email sequencing | Large, established B2B contact database. Narrower scope (no finance/HR “departments”). | No |
| HubSpot (free CRM / Sales Hub) | Free CRM + paid tiers | Teams who want a mainstream CRM first | Mature CRM ecosystem and integrations. AI prospecting is less central. | No |
| Clay | Credit-based subscription | Growth teams building custom enrichment workflows | Very flexible data enrichment, but more hands-on to set up. | No |
- Choose Apollo.io if your main need is a big contact database with built-in email sequences, and you can test it on the free tier first.
- Choose HubSpot if you mainly need a reliable CRM and would rather add AI outreach later.
- Choose Clay if you have someone technical who wants fine control over lead research and enrichment.
FAQ
Is Clozure AI Business OS a one-time payment?
No. The ClickBank offer page lists it as a recurring subscription at $99/month (checked 23 Oct 2026) that renews every month until you cancel through ClickBank order support or Clozure support. On Clozure’s direct pricing, departments are extra at $47–$79/month each.
Is the 14-day trial free?
It depends on where you read. Clozure’s own site says the 14-day trial is free, with a card required and billing after the trial. The ClickBank offer page says the first $99 charge covers the 14-day trial period. Check the ClickBank order form before you pay, and cancel before the renewal date if it isn’t for you.
Do I need my own business email or data subscriptions?
You can connect an existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, or use Clozure’s free first mailbox (extra mailboxes are $2.50/month). Clozure lists data sources such as ZoomInfo and Apollo.io, but its pages don’t say clearly whether you need your own accounts. Ask support@clozure.net before you buy.
What’s the refund policy?
Clozure’s Terms of Service describe a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, with no refunds on renewals or partial months. The ClickBank offer page says ClickBank’s standard refund policies apply, and you can contact ClickBank Order Support or support@clozure.net. Confirm the terms on your order receipt.
Is Clozure AI Business OS worth it?
We haven’t tested it, so we can’t vouch for its lead quality or AI writing. It may be worth a supervised trial if you run outbound B2B sales and currently pay for several separate tools. It’s probably not worth it if you don’t do cold outreach or you need certified SOC 2/HIPAA compliance now.
Clozure vs Apollo.io?
Apollo.io is mainly a B2B contact database with email sequencing and a free tier. Clozure bundles lead generation, outreach, CRM and add-on “AI departments” (finance, legal, HR and more) under one $99/month base. Choose Apollo for proven data at low entry cost, and Clozure if you specifically want the all-in-one approach.
Final verdict
Clozure AI Business OS is an ambitious all-in-one platform for small B2B teams that want AI to handle lead sourcing, outreach and follow-ups under human approval. If that’s you, start with the base platform and one department, keep manual approval switched on, and watch the trial and renewal dates closely. Skip it if you need a one-time purchase, certified compliance today, or you don’t sell through outbound prospecting.
